Woke up a lil while ago. Ate 3 hard boiled eggs and a cup of steel cut oatmeal for breakfast. I'll be going to the gym for leg training at around 2: Looking forward to testing out a scoop of anabolic fx before training. Starting with 1 scoop and working my way up if needed. I just got back from the gym training legs. Unfortunately I did not have a good workout experience today. I took one scoop prior to training, and felt great. About 25 minutes into working out, I began to get a major migraine, and feel a lil sick, like my energy levels were completely Zapped.
