Leucine, isoleucine and valine: You will notice the difference the first time you mix this product, it mixes easier, tastes better and the absorption rate is higher than with any other BCAA product. This provides for far greater BCAA stability and transport across intestinal and muscle cell membranes.
An exciting property of nitrates is their capability to act as permeation enhancers of intestinal absorption. Consequently, nitrate bound compounds effortlessly bypass the intestinal wall to be absorbed intact into the bloodstream. In fact, they are so effective that large polypeptides can even be absorbed intact if administered with a nitrate donor. The nitrate bound amino acids innovation is a novel science far superior to free form amino acids and even other chemical salts.
One of the premier advantages of nitrates is rapid and potent vasodilation. This results in increased blood flow to radically enhance the distribution of nutrients to the muscles and other tissues. Further, stamina, strength and recovery are enhanced. Increasing Absorption and Stabilizing Glutamine for Maximum Benefit The science on glutamine has shown that increasing the stability of glutamine increases its effect in the body.
Glutamine has a tremendous benefit to exercising individuals and those looking to increase lean muscle mass and decrease body fat. Supplemental glutamine can help promote cell volumization. Many of these powerful effects can help increase lean body mass and prevent the breakdown of hard earned muscle. While glutamine has great benefits, a large majority of ingested free form L-glutamine does not actually make it into the blood stream and get into muscle tissue.
With the use of glutamine peptide, this problem may be solved. Glutamine peptide is peptide bonded a chain of amino acids to allow for better transport into the blood stream and muscle tissue where it is needed.
Glutamine peptide is also much more stable in solution, higher temperatures, and low PH than free form glutamine free form L-glutamine tends to break down to ammonia and glutamic acid rather quickly in solution. The digestive tract has a peptide transport systems that allow peptides to be better absorbed and utilized than free form amino acids. So basically, the peptide bonded glutamine enhances bioavailability of glutamine in the bloodstream which may allow more glutamine to be available to the muscle tissue.
Glutamine Peptide has been combined with Magnesium Glycyl Glutamine chelate — the most stable glutamine in the world. Magnesium Glycyl Glutamine is a highly stable form of glutamine that features a unique binding to the anabolic mineral magnesium, which serves many important roles for the endocrine system hormones , muscular system, nervous system, and skeletal system GPLC or glycine propinol l-carnitine was added to boost nitric oxide and improve muscular performance.
This patented, biochemically modified pharmaceutical compound has been extensively researched for performance-enhancing benefits and has been linked in scientific studies to the promotion of a number of critical exercise benefits as a result of the increased vasodilatation it causes. Specifically, these benefits include improved muscle pumps and performance, enhanced recovery support and added energy for workouts.
GPLC also has strong antioxidant benefits, and is active in the body for extended periods for improved athletic performance. I broke the seal! I couldn't hold out on tasting some delicious Sour Apple during today's routine. I'll tell ya what, this flavor mixed with 12 ounces of cold water and a few ice cubes is downright delicious!
I was in the zone. Tunnel vision and an immense desire to hit sh! I have a predetermined amount of repetitions, sets and weight that I set for myself each day. Again, I did not have to put much more effort than normal into hitting my target goals.
Results 1 to 16 of I have Tropical Berry Ice flavor, sounds refreshing. The ingredients are very impressive: There just so happens to be 1,3 in this product which is actually a plus for me. I respond very well to it, in fact I get the most euphoric feelings from 1,3 than I do with any other substance.
I got Sour Apple. I can't wait to crack into this baby. I haven't yet because this too has stimulants and I don't want to start off with too many. I got a good lower body workout in today, I used 1 scoop of Lean Revolution to get me amped. IMO it's the perfect amount of stimulants if you plan to hit it hard! I will provide my initial thoughts on taste, but it is very likely to change with me.
After spending an extended period using one flavor of beverage I tend to end up loving it or hating it by finish. I will add the BCAA's in to break up the monotony as well. IMO similar to mixed berry fruit juice minus the overly sweet taste. No aftertaste to speak of, just take the first sip then down the rest.
No muss no fuss. I have not logged my workout for a long time now so we'll start fresh right here right now, and measure my gains from here forward. My pumps were great today, the volume helps. Obviously endurance was up, up and away. Strength was surprisingly up today. I didn't try to push myself too hard, but I did lifted heavier Last edited by finns03; at I woke up early this morning to get some cardio. The weather is far too beautiful to waste time running on a treadmill so I took to the streets.
The town was so quiet The streets were bare It was pure bliss! It wasn't until about 9: It's a great way to start the day. I was enjoying myself to the extent that I lost track of time, mileage and where I was running to! I finished with a 4 mile run under my belt, great success. Hopefully I will notice a lil' bronzing of the skin tonight as well. Oh, it's not over just yet!
I plan to hit the weights early this evening, arms on the menu. If I can get my camera to work properly I will shoot some footage for y'all. Fantastic start Ian, well done. Nice log so far bro! Amazing pumps and focus! Originally Posted by coolaidml.

A couple of cute lil' Golden Labrador Retrievers showed up so I incorporated them into the fun as well. First we played a game of tag, then we played fetch until we were all panting.
I finished off with a few underwater laps and then baked in the sun to dry off and get a lil' skin color. I ran hard without running out of breath and I felt fantastic mentally during all of it!
Sorry peeps, I forgot to post my workout yesterday. I just want them to tighten up, I don't necessarily want them to "build-up" or "bulk-up". The workload was not much at all for me really, I got all of this done without having to exert my body too awful much.
Keep up the intensity and lift heavy ass weight! Boxing Crew Running Crew. Originally Posted by dalkon. Originally Posted by finns Thanks dalkon, glad to see you made your way in here.

My strength is blowing up! Endurance is up and pumps are incredible. I may do some running on the trails around here but I do not plan on lifting in this heat. I'll update later tonight or tomorrow. Bcaa Nrg is my fav supp right now and lean rev is the best pre-wkt I have ever taken Originally Posted by FastAction.

My energy and focus has remained spot on since I've been gone. Looking in the mirror I can clearly see that I have lost no muscle mass and I am even a bit more lean.
